A note from Sedona:

“Not Even Here” is an amalgamation of some of the mental states I find myself cycling through / Lying awake at night anxiously rehashing and obsessing over the same things / Waking up in the middle of a conversation with someone and realizing I haven’t been present at all / (Very) occasional moments of true clarity

It takes months sometimes, but I look back at this period and this person I fell for and just see it clearly for what it all really was.

I know nothing makes sense right now, and at least for me, the easiest way to cope seems to be to completely retreat from reality. But soon enough, there will be clarity. Stay vigilant, here’s a song from us to get ya thru. 💗
